All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before digital downloads, prints, or services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Devious Exposure / Devious Portraits reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, pricing errors, or availability issues.

4. Print and Product Fulfillment
Prints and products may be fulfilled through third-party labs or vendors. While every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy, slight variations in color, crop, and finish may occur depending on screen settings, print materials, and lab processes.

5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom and digital nature of photography products, all sales are generally final. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be considered only in cases of damaged prints, defective products, or delivery errors reported within 7 days of receipt. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

6. Client Galleries and Access
Some galleries may be password-protected or private. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any gallery password shared with you. Unauthorized sharing of private gallery access is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Use
